My Favorite 1080 Version Ever!

I have been a huge fan of the New Balance 1080s since I discovered them with version 11. This version is so comfy and bouncy. They have been great with short runs as well as Leigh my longer runs training for a half marathon back in April. My only complaint is that New Balance needs to get on the neon color bandwagon. I’m tired of all these neutrals. This isn’t fashion, it’s running! I want bright! I see they added a neon yellow and pink. Let’s see a nice bright lavender and maybe neon coral or orange in the mix too. I will buy them all!

Have problems with sneakers sometimes that standing for any amount of time my heels start to hurt. These are different! They are so comfortable and I haven't had any heel pain. Good arch support also

Great Shoes For Running

The 1080 Wide are my go to runners. Always consistent and easy to reorder when I rip the hole I do in the toe.

Disappointed

I’ve been a 1080 fan for years. This is the first update tha I am not a fan of. The toe box is so much narrower and borderline uncomfortable and unrunnable. I’m really disappointed. The foam is okay. I’m curious to see how it wears over time but I am missing the fresh foam. The sole resembles more of a super shoe. A little confusing for this “daily trainer”. For a shoe that just keeps getting more expensive this has me scratching my head.
