Worst Case Pickup Experience

I was in Charlotte for a dance competition and needed shoes for the event. I found them online and paid for in-store pickup. Quick and easy! However, the shoes I purchased came pre-worn with ketchup/blood stains on them. There were no replacement options so it turned out to be a massive fail.
