Poor Fit And Terrible Customer Service

I have owned at least 7 pair of New Balance shoes so I thought the golf shoes would be a great option. The length, width and fit were exactly like my other pairs, but these shoes are very very stiff on the top where you tie the laces. I wore the shoes around the house and they were comfortable. Then I wore them in the back yard on grass to see what it would be like on that surface. They started digging in leaving red marks on the top of both my feet in the exact same place. I took them back to Dicks and was told because I wore them outside there was nothing they would do for me. It was two weeks between delivery and return as I live an hour always from the store. Can’t even begin to say how disappointed I am in Dicks. I was going to get fitted for new clubs there but experiencing their customer service not a chance.

If worn new balance shoes in the past and have been very happy, that’s why I purchased these shoes. Unfortunately I am now having to wear blister Band-Aids on both feet as the slight rigidity in the top border/frame of the shoe are rubbing the top of my feet. ( yes- I walked around in the store in them)

Comfort All Day

I was looking for something that was more comfortable, and had more space around the toes, than my more “traditional” style shoes. I’ve worn these for a few rounds and they feel like wearing comfortable running shoes. Love them!
