I normally wear a size 8. When I purchased the Ellipse in the size 8 they are a little snug. I thought after a few wears they would soften and stretch a little. The other day I wore sox that were slightly thicker than I normally wear. The sneakers hurt my feet so bad that the pain radiated to my ankle. I love the style, but, I am exchanging them for the 8 1/2. I hope I will have better experience.

Great For Narrow Fert

I bought this shoe in narrow and it is a true narrow. It quickly molds to your foot so every part of your foot is well supported. Great cushioning without feeling squashy. I would love another pair in a different color but so far have only found one color in my size. New Balancr please give us people with narrow feet a choice of 2 colors, preferably not all black.

Soft Like The 1080, But Snappier

They remind me a lot of the New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080 in terms of cushioning and overall comfort, but the ride feels a bit more reactive and lighter on foot. Ideal for easy runs and recovery miles. Un my 10 miles they felt smooth and comfortable the entire time Perfect balance between softness and responsiveness.
