Narrower Than Previous Models
I was disappointed that the shoe is narrower than previous versions. I ended up exchanging my usual size (E, women’s 8) for EE. I found the size (women’s 8) true to size but the width was so much narrower. Decided to try the EE and it definitely fits better but I don’t know if I’ll continue with this model or look for something else in my next pair of shoes. It’s a bummer because New Balance has had great wide options in the past and I like a larger width for stability. I also wish the bottom of the shoes were more durable. The fresh foam wears out quickly on pavement unfortunately.

Not For Me
Having worn the Fresh Foam 880 v12, v14, and v15, I really wanted to like this shoe, but it wasn't for me. It felt heavy and boxy on my foot, and the toe box was too wide. There was a lot of cushioning (I felt much taller!), but they made my feet look huge. Sadly, I decided to return them to our local New Balance store, which was super easy.
