Honestly, the last two versions of this shoe were relegated to errand shoes and I would have never thought to run in them. That all changed when I got the More v 4. The foam was soft but didn’t feel like I was sinking into a marshmallow and never coming back up; and there was a decent responsiveness to it that was surprising and welcome
