Processing Failure
Purchased these metal cleats two separate times through the online store and both times I received one metal cleat and one moulded cleat. Absolutely horrible experience, complete failure in processing orders and verifying the items ordered are actually what will be shipped to the customer. And due to this failure, Dick Sporting Goods requires you return the product, they issue a refund and then you have to put in a new order to get the product, however, in the new order they further demonstrated a lack of quality control. Ultimately, I wasted time and money on a product and service that could not deliver the item they selling and all Dick's responded with was 600 points which equals $20 reward haha; all I was expecting is the product I purchased.
