Very small - I am usually a 5.5 but based on the measurements I ordered a size 6. The size 6 was tiny! Very small and narrow. Had to return and ordered the V5 instead in a size 6.5 - this model must run on the small size. A real shame as I wanted the trainer in blue! Not a fan of the red/ orange
