My Least Favorite Fuel Cell Yet
A long time devotee of the 1080 series and a seasoned distance runner, I was excited to try the FuelCell SuperComp. I switched to the FuelCell Rebel a few years back as I need relatively high cushion with a light shoe, but I have extremely wide feet - not the toebox, the mid-foot. Unfortunately these cannot be returned due to having one run on them and (my fault) not keeping the box because I assumed I'd love them as much as the over FuelCells. They were way too wide in the toe box - sloppy, even - and yet pinched my midfoot. They felt like bricks tied to the ends of my legs. By the end of 7 miles I was walking with sore feet and legs. I'd love a shoe with just a bit more bounce/cushion than the Rebel, but this was overkill.
