Great Looking Shoe That's Not That Great

I don't think this shoes does what it's designed to do very well. This plated trainer is made for long sub-race pace miles that can handle high paces too. It's sold as cushioned but the midsole feels a little dead to me and when you consider how heavy it is it's hard to think of a run it's a good fit for. Since it offers a lot of traction and the foam is dense I use it for trails and dirts roads and it works fine for that. The fit is true to size in length and width.
