Purchase/return/purchase

I purchased two New Era MLB caps ( Angels & Royals) online and when they arrived they were a different model than the previous caps I had purchased. They were supposed to be flex fit but they were huge. I returned the two caps to my local store (very easy, pleasant experience), ordered a different model that looked similar to what I had purchased in the past, they were delivered quickly , and they were the flex fit sizing that I was comfortable with. All in all, some frustration, but everything turned out great in the end.
