Wrong Size
Always gotten L\XL. This was size was way bigger even for my huge head. I prefer flexfit hats for comfort but this was the worst of them all. Had to return it.

Runs Big - Team Usa New Era Flex Fit Hat
Wearing a size 7 5/8 hat, I normally go with the L/XL flex fit hats. However, this style runs big and had to return and go with the M/L version.

Terrible Fit, Labeled With Wrong Size.
I ordered a 39thirty L/XL as I’ve done many times before. The hat I received is labeled L/XL but fits like a XL/XXL. This is not on DicksSportingGoods but rather NewEra’s quality control. When I contacted them, they stated they couldn’t do anything since I did not purchase it through them. I’m going to have to return the hat. Hopefully they don’t try reselling it to another customer.

Did Not Fit Properly
I own several 39thirty new era caps, all size L/XL and all fit well. This cap was much too loose, as if it had been stretched out and had little elasticity in the band. I tried to exchange but it was out of stock.

Quality Product!
The cap looks great with tight stitching. The US logo stands out about 1/8" which makes the logo "pop". The flag on the side is well made, with 13 stripes and 50 stars, just like Old Glory should have.

Horrible Experience Again
I bought a hat hoping to get it in good shape and once again Dick's shipped it in a bag not a box and it came destroyed; the bag had clearly been ripped open and re-taped and the hat was ruined. I will never order a hat from them again.
