Disappointed Customer.

So I received a hat i purchased from Dicks sporting goods with the ink tag still attached. I then reached out to customer service and got no help initially. Then someone else reached out and she was very helpful and reshipped me another hat ,but this time the hat was bent on the brim and packed in a very small box which made the brim bent out of shape to even wear. Reached back out to customer service but haven't heard back in days.very disappointed.
