I was in the store and knew exactly which hat I wanted. The guy in the store said they only had them in youth sizes which is what I had found on the shelves. I went home and ordered this hat online only to find out they had tons of them in the store. They didn’t have any out on display, but they had every single size available in the back. So that was frustrating because I had to order it and drive back to the store 15 minutes away. But the hat is great. We ordered the wrong size and exchanging it (third trip there) was no problem.
