They Seriously Packed My Hat Is A Bag Instead Of A Box

I can't believe that they packed my hat in a bag. Everywhere else I've ordered a hat it has always come in a box. I don't know who thought it was a good idea but sure enough when the package was opened I found it creased and ruined. I had to return it. I couldn't believe it. Seriously who does that? Sadly this isn't the first time this has happened. Never buy a hat from dicks sporting goods.
