Beware Not Dyed Properly

The tag warned about color transfer, so I washed the shirt by hand in cold water first with a mild detergent. The water turned very purple. Okay, maybe if I try again? Fast forward through 5 rounds of hand washing and the dye was still leaking every time. I gave up and threw it away so I don't ruin my other clothes in the washing machine.
