I purchased this product thinking that it was a hoodie sweatshirt as it appears in the pictures. When the package arrived it was a similar looking shirt but a T-shirt version of it. When I contacted support they let me know that I was sent the incorrect item but the correct item was now out of stock. My only choice was to return this to Dicks for a refund. Since this was for a Christmas gift, I only had 2 options. Either return this shirt to the store to get my money back & not have the gift to give... or keep the shirt and then pay more money for something than I should have considering I was sent a t-shirt instead of the displayed hoodie. I just don't understand why you would put this on me when Dicks made the mistake. This should have been refunded due to sending me the incorrect item. Why is it my responsibility to have to either drive to a store or somewhere to print a shipping label to get my money back? Either make the photos accurate on your website or don't allow me to order something that is out of stock.
