Missing The Guard

My son just purchased this item at our local Dicks and when he got home he opened the package to find that only the wrap was in the package, it was missing the moldable guard. This is not the first time we have bought a boxed baseball guard that was missing parts. We have had problems with EvoShield products missing parts when purchased at Dicks before. Perhaps some oversight in that department might be helpful.
