Are okay spikes, but not the stiffest. Durability is the reason why this review is so low, ive had my maxfly 2 since this april and the carbon plate has already cracked, many of my teamates have also encountered this problem. Do not recommend.

Praise The Shoe

I recently bought the Nike Air Zoom Maxfly 2(not on this account) because I'm currently training for the 200‑meter dash, and I'm really impressed with these spikes' performance. That dual‑chamber Air Zoom unit in the forefoot gives me a noticeably stronger launch off the blocks, and the carbon‑fiber Flyplate has added stability around the curve and on the straight. The Flyweave upper locks my foot in without feeling too restrictive, and I was feeling much more secure on every turn compared to my old spikes. On the constructive side: the model runs a little small — I recommend ordering a half size up — and the durability may be better for regular training than some spikes, which are better for race‑day only. Overall, I'm extremely happy and will be continuing to wear them into my sprint meets.
