Not Enough Ankle Or Heel Support

This is my son’s second pair of Nike Alpha Menace cleats. This season’s cleats offer less ankle and heel support, so we had to purchase better insoles. Last season’s shoe was better made and preferred.

Absolutely amazing cleat very good grip and comfortable but the heal soal is very thin

Nice Innovative Effort… But…

Cleats has cool/interesting new materiales and features (glad Nike is finally putting some effort to innovate vs just relying on 90s vintage models). Shoes run a bit small from usual size so my suggestion go 1/2 number up. Also not too comfortable, narrow on the toe box and difficult to put on. Returned them and ordered Vapor Edge 360 Untouchable instead as those have a wider toe box and easier to put on. I’d recommend the Alpha Menace 5 Elite only to those players with narrow foot and consider half larger size for best fit.

Look great feel great, little narrow and the heel part of the inner sole is very thin. Overall great cleat.
