I go to the gym daily. These grips looked like a good alternative to regular lifting gloves. However they keep sliding on my hands and take a lot of effort to use. I’m going back to my gloves.

Ok But Not As Good As A Glove

I wanted to reduce the calluses on my hands from lifting They help but make the bar thicker and are not soft on the inside they are ribbed and that is what you grip I would like these better if the inside had a more smooth glove like fabric attached inside instead of the plastic/rubber ridges I still use them but not often They are good quality just not exactly what I was looking for
