Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product I used it for football and football helmet. Also with a basket ball Good overall pump, not for use on bicycle tires (was in a real pinch and yes, I made that mistake and broke one). Bought a Franklin the next time around. Franklin is nice, has a pouch and more accessories than just spare needle valves (like a pressure gauge). The big difference is that the Nike pump is very compact and very effective. Easy to put in your back pocket during practice or a game. Be careful not to over inflate the football helmet as there is no bleed valve. If the Nike pump had a bleed valve.... it would be the perfect sports pump. Very pleased with the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nike Ball Pump Purchased this pump to get me through a season of U8 soccer. After two weeks still works good. Have to be careful when pumping numerous balls one after the other as the two pump pieces can unthread themselves and fall apart. Just screw back in and keep pumping. The cord that holds the needle will also unscrew from the pump body and there is a place to attach along side the body. Suppose it is designed to protect the needle and cord from damage but it does not secure very well. The pump action is smooth and takes little effort but requires a few more pumps in order to inflate given its compact size. Overall for $10 a good little pump and if it lasts for 6 months I will be happy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Multiple needles referenced but not included Bought two of these to take to Africa on a service project, along with several soccer balls. Details say there are 3 needles with each pump. These two had only 1 each. Also, hopefully the pumps are more sturdy, durable, and useable than they seem at first glance. Appear to be overpriced for what is here.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Product This pump is one of the worst hand pumps I ever bought. it look nice in the package but when it comes to pumping anything its useless. Whoever designed it, did an awful job. Nike is generally known for making quality products but they messed this one up.Using the pump is very unnatural. In my opinion, the needle part of the pump should not move it makes it very unstable when ur trying to pump. I went through 2 needles trying to pump 1 ball. the pump comes with extra needles but its not worth it.If you need a pump, do not buy this one get another one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Value The first one of these I bought unfortunately failed not long after I purchased it. I was thankful that I had purchased from Dicks as they quickly swapped me out with a new one and this one has been doing a good job. The "storage clamp" section designed for storing the needle and hose is not very reliable, so I choose to keep it attached to the pump. Down the road, this could potentially cause issues if the screw in cord were to shear off from outside pressure. All in all, a good, compact, and somewhat stylish mid level hand ball pump.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't hold up well, too fragile Purchased 2 of these and 1 has already failed. The fragile internal valve design is poor at best. Between myself and other coach we've gone through several of these over the last year and they just don't hold up at all. First ones probably died because they'd get thrown into a bag and handled too roughly causing the hose to fail. The last couple I've kept in separate compartment and treated well & while the hose is perfect the internal valve leaks. We need to find a different solution or just go back to carrying a bicycle pump.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I had hoped to find I bought this pump to include in a gift box being sent overseas; with a deflated soccer ball. Size and reliability were my main concerns when considering what to purchase. I chose this brand as it is a well-known name and the size was just what I was looking for. It is my hope that the child who receives these gifts; will enjoy them for many years to come. Another factor in my choice was the fact that the instructions came in several languages; it was very important to me that the child be able to figure out how to use it!
