Book 2 Denim Shoes Are Too Painful To Wear. How This Shoe Got Past Nike's Product Quality Testing, As Well As Nike's Selling Price, Is Shameful.

All of the reviews regarding the stiffness and uncomfortable parts of the Book 2 Must Be the Denim shoe are absolutely true. Sizing up, as Nike's shoe description recommends, does not help. And don't be fooled to thinking you'll be able to break the shoes in. The shoe's stiffness up front will be painful for anyone with a narrow foot and, you will experience heel rubbing and pop-outs. The placement of the top lacelet, and the metal used, will cut into your ankle bone when the laces are tied. The heel cushioning is also very stiff and will rub your ankle/heel skin raw. Nike missed the mark on this one...it's a very poorly designed, painful to wear, shoe.

Great Shoes. Great Service.

Shoes are great. Super easy to order on app and delivery was fast.

Denim Colorway Is Not Comfortable.

Extremely uncomfortable in the denim colorway and they hurt the ankle a lot when you do any type of movement. Traction is average and the court feel is average as well.

Book 1s Are Better

They’re not a terrible shoe. Fairly comfortable. The book 1s are SO MUCH better though.

Awesome Shoe

Great looking shoe. Like the site says go up 1/2 a size. Looks good in shorts and jeans.

Tight

I love the look, but good grief these are stiff . They hurt your feet to walk in . I sure hope they loosen up.

Toe Box Issues

Shoe looks good. Unfortunately doesn’t fit true to size. The toe box is too small and can barely fit foot inside let alone hoop in them. I don’t think going .5 up would even help.

Worst Edition Of Bookers Yet

The most uncomfortable shoes I have ever had. The toe box is way too small. I have tried wearing these with multiple pairs of socks to stretch it out and it still hurts my foot.

Book2 Rising Review

Book2 RISING review: 3 stars because I’ve only had them for 2 days… but oh boy are these stiff! The material used to give the shoe its form does not feel friendly on the feet. -I’m hoping as they break in it becomes more forgiving, but definitely disappointed with the Rising model in comparison how the Book1s felt.

Mesh > All The Other Materials

D Book’s 2 - Spiridon I have not worn the other released pairs of Books 2 but from what I can see/tell these Spiridon are better than the other color ways. I believe the mesh material has a bit more give and are lighter than compared to other versions. I wear a 10.5 and have them fitting well at that size. Overall the books have not disappointed but i would suggest the mesh material books over the other materials

These are killing my big toes, get full size up they are extremely tight. I got a half size up

I’ve been wanting Books for a while now. Finally pulled the trigger on these because they look sick! First impression when they came, they look as amazing as the pics. Then I tried them on, and wow…they’re very stiff. The toe box is also very tight (and I have narrow feet). The tongue feels very cheap too; I can almost feel the laces thru the tongue. Lastly, the lace inlets on the inner ankle areas are exposed when the tongue slips. You can feel this and it is very uncomfortable! :( Oh also, I’m typically a 10.5, but I hoop in 11 (which I got)

The Next Chapter Is Here.

Right out of the box the looks of the shoe are great. Loved the mesh upper as opposed to the foamposite material of the other color available. They really nailed the spiridon inspiration (Booker if you seethis, let me get that Orange Spiridon PE you wore in a 12 :lol) They do run snug in the toe box so definitely try sizing.5 up if wearing casually. Hopefully with a few runs they break it.

Buy A Full Size Up

Looks great. However, it's a full size too small. With a size 15, I'm out of luck. 16s are scarce

Not Bad

Good looking sneaker. They run small through the toe so I would recommend moving up a 1/2 size
