Great Bag . Terrible Discrimination That Came With It

I implore whoever is in charge to check the footage of my visit at the Jersey city , New Jersey location . I entered the store and was not greeted or helped for 5 minutes. The two employees to my left when I entered scattered as soon as they saw me . I was standing at pick up order side of the counter actively being ignored until I started touching merchandise on the counter . Only then was I seen and assisted. After finally getting helped with my order I asked where the carthartt section was because I wanted to buy an hoodie as well. After direction . I walked toward the section and was stopped by an employee named Keyon , Key something , started with a K , young black man . Stopped me and accused me of stealing the duffle bag and when I told him I bought it already he replied with “ are you sure about that ? Did you really ? “ . Infuriated and disgusted that I was discriminated by someone of the same background from not only him and the manager on duty brought a different type of hurt and shame. The lack of action to provide simple customer service, humanity and respect while having the sense of urgency for theft prevention and discriminatory motives and words left me to believe that this IS the standard for Dicks Sporting Goods and been the sole reason I have not been back to any of its locations. I’d have a better chance getting hug from a Klansman than getting treated like a human at Dicks Sporting Goods. I ended up giving it away a couple days later purely because of the experience that came with buying it .

Harder Bottom

Like the bag, but hate that’s the bottom ain’t a hard cover. Depending on what I have in it, it folds like taco. Would be great if the bottom was build a bit sturdy, so it can keep its shape

This is my go to duffel bag for my sons and husband. The large size allows you to comfortably pack everything you need with space to spare. The price can’t be beat and the quality is what you would expect from Nike. We have owned 2 similar bags for at least 10 years and they are still good as new.
