Nike Is The Best!
I had the top of the line Rogue Ceracote curl bar for 4 years & didn't like it for several reasons. It was too long with absurdly long sleeves. Too heavy with a starting weight of 30lbs. The color was a matte black which just looked dull especially after dirt/skin build up in the knurling. Also the ridiculous long sleeves were made of zinc which turns an ugly faded dull look even if you never use the bar. Plus the Rogue bar costs about $325. Finally I didnt like the bend of the Rogue. It was extreme in the middle grip which made the narrow & wide grip unbearable. The Nike curl bar fixed ALL the things I didn't like about to Rogue version. It has a gloss black finish over the matte black. The beloved Nike swoosh wins over the over hyped/priced "Rogue" logo. The length is about 8" shorter making it much more accessible/ manueverable in a garage gym setting or any gym for that matter. The bend is better so now I regularly use all 3 hand positions. The price was better at $200 even vs $325. The sleeves are the perfect size & made of a sleek metal that I highly doubt will show ANY signs of aging/use. The weight is 22lbs vs 30lb so you have a lower starting weight & can always add but you couldn't subtract w/ the heavy Rogue. Only thing Rogue did better was the 28.5mm diameter. I can feel the difference in Nike's smaller 28mm bar & would prefer 29mm or even 30mm if I could customize it. I rate the bar 10/10! The rest of Nike's gym equipment appears high quality & esthetically pleasing but its also way overpriced. The Nike curl bar is the only things I saw that gives you real value for the price point. NIKE'S neoprene Kettlebells are cool looking but overpriced & the handles are rough like rocks. 👎🏾 The non neoprene versions have much smoother/ preferred handles.

I bought this particular bar as I wanted one which wasn’t too pricey but also had the Nike name behind it. So far it hasn’t disappointed, with good bearings and a quality finish.
