Great Headband
I have been looking for a good headband to wear while running and working out that doesn't slip off. Overall, this stays on pretty well! Sometimes if I am doing fast circuit training and jumping in place or burpees, it may get a little loose in position, but most of the time stays in place. It does have some silicone band on the inside to help stay in.
