Good Product, Terrible Delivery

The initial delivery was canceled by FedEx, and I had to call support to get another order placed. I requested that the delivery be performed with extra care, as the dumbbells arrived in broken boxes. Unfortunately, it arrived in a broken box with exposed parts. Good product but don't order for delivery from DSG.

Terrible Packaging

First of all this is a great Dumbbell Rack. My complaint is about the way I received the product. The box was trashed. The hardware for assembly was not in the box. I had to either go through the hassle to return it, or go buy hardware for it. I chose to buy the hardware. New hardware cost me $32 dollars.
