Terrible Features

I bought this about one week ago and all it does is fall off one of the handles. Both handles have now fallen off, and the material on the start of the rope keeps squeaking.

Rope is a bit flimsy and the bearing cap for adjusting the rope gets loose while jumping. I don't see this rope lasting much longer.
