very light and comfortable at the bottom but the tongue of shoe hurts my foot making it very uncomfortable when I'm running.

Yukaif48877629

the performance is quite surprisingly good, but they caused abrasions on my ankle and my toes because of the thin shoes tone and craftsmanship at the seams of the shoe upper, which was quite annoying to me.

Need Work

the tounge hurts when I move to court and pick up a lot of dust nothing like the gt cut 1or 2's

Received incentive

Cool And Comfortable

Very happy, time will tell if they are sturdy or not

These Are Fuego!

I was very skeptical with the horns up top but once I got to hooping, they were really soft on the top of my feet. Cushions feel great for the heels of my feet on dunks and step backs. Definitely my go-to shoe for indoor hoops for the foreseeable future!

Great fit and look. Highly recommend. Great grip on court and on foot.

These shoes are terrible for performance, they dig into your feet, are hard to put on and feel cheaply made. Do not buy these

Beautiful Shoe, Awful Engineering.

Gorgeous pair of shoes but has to be the most uncomfortable shoe on the market right now. It has zero padding on top of the foot so every ridge and line and eyelet stabs you immediately. The tongue is so stiff it digs into the front of your ankle. I can’t imagine wearing these for any amount of time. So disappointing.

Great Shoes

Great shoes, they’re comfortable, great traction, and the don’t pick up dust easily. The took a couple hoop sessions to break in but after that they were great.

Do Not Buy

Bad flaw from Nike. The shoe tore up the moment I wore them

Great For Guys

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoe is absolutely stunning. I let my brother try it on and it said it was comfortable, quality, and couldn’t wait to try it out on the court. The colors really pop with the illuminating design. Pairs well with other outfits. The style is slick and does take a bit to get into the shoe, however once on you are given extreme sport support and plush feeling sole. I recommend it for athletes. Just be mindful on how to get it on.

Extremely Comfortable And Great Grip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From a functional standpoint, these shoes are top tier. They are extremely comfortable and the Zoom Air in the sole provides a lot of cushioning. At first glance, they look like they would be really stiff out of the box, but they were more flexible and comfortable on the first wear than I expected. As far as style, they look like they would be better suited for a black tie function than the basketball court. They will definitely make a statement and stand out, even being all black. The only negative that I noticed is that they are difficult to put on. The insole is really sticky, which helps for comfort and slip, but anything except a fresh dry sock is going to make it difficult to slide your foot in. The "no tongue" design also makes the opening much smaller, so you just have to expect to loosen the laces almost entirely to get them on and off.

Great Performance And Comfort On The Court

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really happy with these for basketball. They felt comfortable right away and I did not need any break-in time, which I really appreciated. The cushioning is very responsive and springy. The full length Air Zoom Strobel and the ZoomX midsole really make a difference when running the court and pushing the pace. I could feel the bounce with each step and it helped with quick acceleration during plays. They are also very lightweight and low to the ground, which gave me good court feel and made it easier to move quickly and change directions. The traction held well when cutting and stopping, so I felt stable and confident during games. I also like the design of the upper. It looks sleek and modern but still feels supportive. Overall they perform really well for basketball and feel comfortable the entire time I wear them. The responsiveness, light weight, and stability are what made me like them the most. Definitely a solid choice if you want something that feels game ready right out of the box.

Gt Cut 4

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very interesting pair of shoes. The look of these basketball shoes is simply futuristic. I love the mix of different materials here leading to a really premium look. I’ve worn a ton of different basketball shoes and the grip on these is the best I’ve seen. The grip combined with the full zoom sole are my favorite parts of these shoes. The fit is where the low rating is coming from. There is something about the design of the tongue that causes the tongue to bunch up in the middle and just dig into the top of my foot. It also seems like these shoes are either not breaking in at all or just taking longer than others to start breaking in. I will be re lacing these to hopefully get the fit better and be able to make it through a whole shoot around or pickup game. We’ll see if that helps, and maybe it’s just how these fit my feet specifically, but right now I can’t recommend these to actually wear on the court.

Impressive Tech, Rough Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by saying the packaging on these GT Cut 4's is premium and goes well above even some of limited releases from Nike or Jordan. The card insert shows you all the tech and features that were put into the show and it is quite impressive. Including a felt carrying bag was a welcomed addition, too. First impressions were that they are greatly different than any other shoe I have seen or worn. The design is certainly eye-catching and anyone who saw me wearing them on court asked about them. There are two tones of black on the lateral half and medial half as well as two different materials. Both are fairly firm, similar to the Foamposites, and will be durable and easy to clean with time and wear. The laces have an iridescence to them which gives a pop of color and contrast. The tongue is attached and does not shift or move during wear. Onto the fit and feel. These shoes fit TIGHT! There is excellent padding around the back of the ankle for a very locked-in feel. The toe box becomes fairly narrow quickly and often put pressure on my small toes during fast lateral changes of direction. There are unusual bumps on the tongue that also applied an uncomfortable pressure on the front of the forefoot. I experimented with changing the tightness of how I laced them and it has helped slightly. The performance of these GT Cuts is next level. The court grip is SOLID and for a guard will be ideal. The cushioning in the insole and sole are also some of the best I have felt in a pair of basketball shoes. From that standpoint, no break-in period was necessary. My hope is that with continued play and use that the areas that apply excess pressure from the lateral ankle collar and tongue will decrease. They have quite a bit of rebound while jumping and compensate well upon landing. Overall, these shoes were well thought out but will definitely not be for every person or player. Individual anatomy and foot structure will play a huge part in comfort. Time will tell if these break in enough to make them a go-to court shoe or ones for casual wear.
