out of the box, fit is a little snug/stiff. I bought my usual size 11. if I could go up a quarter of a size I would, but an 11.5 would have for sure been too big, so the “true to size” statement is accurate. I’m confident they will be perfect once they are fully broken in. for my first use, I played a pick up game for about an hour in them and they were great right out of the box. traction was perfect, no slipping issues on the floor. some have noted slipping issues with their foot inside the shoe. I did not experience that issue, but I utilize a modified runners loop and tie my shoes correctly for play. after the game, I did not experience any wear on the shoes and my feet werent sore or hurting. but I probably wouldnt recommend a full game in them right out of the box. hands down the best shoes I’ve played in. highly recommend and I will be purchasing more of the color way options in this style. I got a lot of compliments on these as well, if you care about that sort of thing.

Great Fit!
I tried on a variety of brands and styles and these were by far the most comfortable and supportive. The mid tops fit snug over the ankles and keep my feet in place. Would definitely recommend trying them out!
