Bumper plates are crafted from Nike Grind rubber, a byproduct of Nike's footwear manufacturing process. Depending on the weight, each plate is made with between 35-66% of Nike Grind rubber. Because footwear color palettes vary from season to season, each batch of Nike Grind rubber is unique and yields a limited edition run of these plates as they're released. These versatile plates will become your go-to for Olympic lifts, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and functional training. Get grinding rep after rep! JUST DO IT.

Great Product

These were the 11th and 12th Nile grind plate I’ve purchased from DSG. The plates are high quality and help to keep the noise down in my home gym. The products arrived quickly which is a nice bonus. Only downside is side is they are expensive compared to traditional plate weights, but aren’t anymore expensive through DSG than anywhere else.

Received as gift from my wife for Christmas along with the Nike curl bar. quality is solid, and great that they are finding a use for waste. You will most certainly need barbell collars as these move too freely on the barbell.

Perfectly Imperfect

I decided to build my home gym with the regrind Nike line. Dicks shipped out the same day and I had my equipment the next day. I love the way these feel but most of all how they look. The aren’t some boring plate like everywhere else.
