The pickup experience at DICK'S Sporting Goods, NORTHGATE (SEATTLE)-WA is a nightmare. The male associate returned an order I supposed to keep with bad attitude. Background: I made 2 same orders (soccer ball) on 2/16/2025 night. I made Order 1 first but realized I forgot to apply the Rakuten cashback promotion on it. Thus, I tried to call customer service to cancel it and make another order (Dick’s allows cancel in 30 mins after ordering). However, it was late on the day and the customer service phone line was closed. Then I made another order Order 2 with cashback promotion applied, and planned to return the Order 1 when I pick up at DICK'S at NORTHGATE (SEATTLE). Order 1: Order# 20168257761 Order 2: Order# 10530179807 When I arrived DICK'S at NORTHGATE (SEATTLE), I told the male associate worked at the store that I would like to return Order 1 and keep Order 2. And I showed him the order numbers of both orders on my Dick’s APP account on my phone to confirm with him which order number is to return and which order number is to keep. He brought out the 2 orders’ 2 products, and we can see that they are labeled with 2 different order numbers. In this way, he still made a mistake that he cancelled\returned the order supposed to keep. He cancelled\returned Order No.2 while he should do it on Order No.1. I realized the incorrect by checking the App on my phone when I left the store. Then I went back and asked if he had a solution to fix it. After I came back, he kept saying he had no way to fix it. I understand everyone may make mistakes. But his attitude is not acceptable. He just kept saying “I have no way, I have no way” without saying any word about sorry. Later on, I decided to also return Order 2 and he returned the money to my credit card. The experience at DICK'S at NORTHGATE (SEATTLE) wasted my 40 mins to go to pick up, wasted my time to order them, wasted my money on gas to drive my car to there. Just so bad.
