Great Fit, Great Shoe!

We are new to track and field, so ordered a few types and sizes. These were by far the favorites for my 13 year old runner! Great quality and the shoe bag was an unexpected touch. Definitely recommend!

Track And Field Spikes

My 16 yo loves his new spikes, he run ms sprints, 100, 200, 400 and recently started the high jump. These are comfortable and versatile spikes.

they make a horribile sound while im running on the road or around the basketball court at my local event center, however they are beautiful and fit very nicley.

Cute But Run Small

Bought these for my daughter. She normally wears an 8.5. We bought these in a 9.5 and they were still too small. We returned and got a different style.

Very Fast And Light Spike

This is the 2nd Ja Fly I have bought for my kids. It is very lightweight and feels fast to run in. You're not going to feel much of a response from them so I would stick to 200M or less, as there are spikes with more support and feedback for anything longer. However, those are more expensive, so you can still run the 400M in these (especially those younger than high school) if you dont want to move up in price. Overall, a very good spike for sprinters at this price level.
