I was sent the wrong item. okay if it would have been a different color but this was a wrong item

Nike Please Make The Bottom Fuzzy Material!

I love this bag until a few months later when the bottom (made of faux leather material... vinyl?) started getting a hole... why Nike why? who designed this? Just make the entire thing out of the fuzzy material! Please!!!
