Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing These shoes had a great look, but unfortunately Mike Trout should've tried these shoes on before delivering! Unfortunately he probably had nothing to do with the manufacturing but just lent his name. These shoes were extremely uncomfortable, no flexibility at all, you couldn't even get your foot in the tiny opening. My son is 8 and we where the same shoe size so I was able to try them on as well. Horrible fit, cheaply made! Even with wear they wouldn't give because of the stiff plastic used on the outside. That cute fish pattern...its made of stiff plastic! Anyway, Mike Trout you struck out on this one! Back to Under Armour is our choice!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't even get foot into it They LOOK amazing. Would be awesome if they fit. My son is 5 years old, all his other cleats are size 11C and that is even actually a bit big for him because he hates his cleats tight. He can't even get his foot into the opening of the shoe AT ALL! The cleat does not have a traditional tongue and opening where you can open it up. There is no tounge on it, it's more like a glove opening. No room for stretch, again we bought these about a size bigger and almost broke his ankle trying to MAKE them go in. HORRIBLE design. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Design My son could not get his foot into the shoe because of the elastic ankle system. Went up a size and still was unable to even get the shoe on. This is the second nike product that we ordered with this elastic ankle and neither of them would go on his feet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The most poorly designed cleats EVER Seriously, what were you junking Nike? Do you not have any competent designers, or fit sessions before going into mass production. These cleats are literally impossible to get on my sons feet. Theres no tongue, and the foot opening is extremely small and has ZERO stretch. It took about 5 minutes to get one cleat on. As cool as these look, please stay away from these unless you want to spend 10 frustrating minutes getting these on your kid every game day. Way to fail, Nike.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design and plastic soles not flexible enough for kids This shoe appears to be designed for adults. My grandson was not able to fit into his size due to the sleeve. We bought a bigger pair thinking they must run small but then I noticed a significant difference in how he ran. Bought a 2nd pair thinking first ones were too big.. Cut sleeve so he could fit inside. Still noticed difference In how he ran. Bought another brand with rubber soles and no sleeve. They are fine. My thought is smaller kids do not have strength or weight to bend the plastic sole. Shoes are not flexible enough for kids.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Trout cleats = cool So- while the cleats were a complete beast to even get on my 11 year old son's foot, he insisted he have them so he could go above and beyond the status quo- and because he has has the Trout cleats in past years. It was pretty ridiculous watching him fight and then my attempts to help him get the cleat on his foot when trying on in store- he eventually did and insisted he have them. You need to really stretch it out prior to putting on- loosen then laces and stretch around the entrance of foot hole. He has been wearing them around and they are easier for him to get on now. My son absolutely loves them regardless of the initial battle. I know my son would recommend these to a friend- I'm up in the air about it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not fit!!!!!!! These cleats are a waste of money! They do not have a normal tongue which I didn't know when I purchased them for my 9 year old son who insisted on having these... afternoon spending $73 after shipping, we try them on and can not even get his foot in. I even ordered a half size up which I usually do with cleats because of thick socks used for baseball and football... he cried for 15 minutes and didn't want to return them because he liked the design. I tried to cut my own tongue in the cleats and it still didn't work. He is so devestated about these cleats and I am completely ticked off that I spent all that money and can't even return them. What a horrible design!!!!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hard to rate the shoe when you can't get it on The shoe itself is awesome looking, but very difficult to get on (we actually weren't able to). I thought because my son was in a bigger size(5) we could fit it on, but we could not. Have to return them and get something else. It really is too bad because the shoe looks amazing.
