Can’t Use - Customer Service Is Awful!
Not sure if these shoes are good or not. Had these shipped to my house, since we don’t live anywhere near a store. They arrived with a security tag on them. Called customer service and they were no help. I’m expected to drive almost 2 hours due to their mistake, and they don’t care in the least. To top it off, I just had surgery and can’t drive - so this was a total waste of money!

Bad Adhesive That Came Apart After One Month
Terribly cheap adhesive. My son is not particularly hard on his shoes. The adhesive on these Nike Cosmic Runners is terribly cheap and started coming apart within 30 days of purchase. Famous Footwear won’t exchange them as they say it’s wear due to the child playing. Nike won’t either because they were purchased at another retailer. That’s the last pair of Nikes my children will be wearing.

Narrow, Runs Small And Doesn't Appear To Be A Shoe That Will Hold Up Long For Kids Everyday Wear.
Based on reviews I knew the shoe ran a little small so went up a half size. I drove to pick up the item and it was still extremely narrow and too small for my daughter. I also noticed that the left shoe was in poor shape as if it had been a display shoe for quite some time and it was all creased up. This item is definitely being returned first thing in the morning.

Soles Like Concrete
Rock hard soles totally unsuitable for young feet. Like wearing concrete boots. Strictly for those trying to dispose of people in rivers. Am returning them.
