• Upper contains some recycled mesh that feels lightweight and breathable so you can stay cool while running

• Pull tabs on the heel and tongue help you take the shoe on and off
• Semi-attached tongue is also stretchy to create a wide opening so feet can easily get in and out, even when the shoes are tied
• Inside the clear rubber heel is soft Crater foam that's made with about 10% Nike Grind for a speckled look
• Designed with at least 20% recycled materials by weight

In-Shoe Comfort:

• Cushioning around the ankle gives extra comfort
• Plush insole provides extra cushioning underfoot
• Recycled foam and Nike Regrind skin around the heel provides support

Durability and Traction:

• Rubber in the forefoot uses Nike Grind for traction and durability
• Extra skin layer on the toe tip adds durability for toe dragging
