I bought these shoes a size 6 1/2 as a gift The shoes were too small, I went into the store to ask for a 7 1/2. They told me that they only had 7 1/2 online and I could start a return and then place an online order in the store. The guy in the back looked like maybe he was new and he had no clue what he was doing. I told this to the lady at the front of store who was doing my return. She told me that it would be fine and that the guy in the back of the store who worked in the shoe section would be able to perfectly handle the online order for me. Well, I was sent a size 6. So disappointing. Now I will have to go back into the store for the 3rd time
