Nike Flex

I bought these for my son these are his 4th pair of this style. He loves them and can put them on himself. He’s very independent so these are great.

A Big Disappointment.

I ordered the all black/gray pair. These shoes are so difficult to put on. They look cheap. Please bring the Nike Flex Runner 2's or even the Nike Flex Runnee 1's. The Nike Flex Runner 1's & 2's are the only shoes my non verbal special needs son will wear. We have multiple colors of them. Please bring back the Nike Flex Runner 1's & 2's versions. My son is 5 years old. He can't put the Nike Flex Runner 3's on or off. It's difficult for myself to get them on and off also. Its so hard to find the Nike Flex Runner 1 & 2's. So we decide to try the 3's and they are a such a big disappointment.

Shoe Width

I like the design and look, but it does not offer the wide width so I have to buy a shoe size that’s one size bigger than my kid’s current shoe size.

Perfect For Kids

Nice design and it is wonderfully comfortable. Little lad loves them, but I think the top material needs improving. The multiple tread patterns shred so easily.

Poorly Engineered For Active Kids.

From a practical standpoint, these are great shoes. My kids love them—they enjoy the autonomy of putting on their own shoes in the morning. However, from a design perspective, they’re really subpar for children’s footwear. The toe box is so poorly constructed that the shoes barely last 20 wears before the toe is completely worn out. Honestly, Nike should consider offering a subscription program that sends a new pair every 6–8 weeks.
