[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a mom of 3 boys, I have two teenagers and a 5 year old. These were for my toddler. When rushing to take kids to school, practices, etc CONVENIENCE matters! Kids take a while to tie their shoes, especially 5 year olds. These being Velcro shoes allows my kid to put them on quickly and also feel a bit of independence. They are super comfortable as well. In the words of my kid “I have Sonic speed” when he runs! I take him to the park, we climb rocks, go for walks so having comfortable shoes matter. My son’s feet are pretty wide. It’s really hard to find him shoes that don’t hurt. He was able to run, jump, climb and look cool all at the same time! The problem with wide feet is that sometimes you have to size up for them to fit. We did not have to do that with these shoes, they were true to size. The design is also nice, it can be a play show or you can wear them to dinner or family outings. I like the color options too, I want to get him the white/orange/blue ones next. My kid has had these shoes for over a month now. As much as he wore them they are still standing strong. He goes through shoes quickly because he’s rough on them but the material doesn’t wear down quickly. They’re also a good breathable material so his feet don’t get sweaty and stinky. I would definitely recommend these shoes.
