Great for running! Allows you to conveniently keep your phone with you.

Decent Arm Band For Running.

I’ve owned two of these arm bands and while the lightweight minimalist design is nice, the durability is a little questionable. If you intend to use it quite a bit, you’ll probably need to replace it in a year or so.
