Most people know the quality of the Air Force 1 already so there’s nothing to say further about that. What I’m about to say is relating to packaging itself and the service. It’s my first and also last time buying from Dick’s Sporting Goods. The experience is horrible. I’m in disbelief that I must be the unlucky one to receive a used dirty pair of Air Force 1 that I paid the price of a NEW. The box is ripped, the shoes are dirty on the sides and bottom like they’ve been worn for 90days and returned. I had to use Lysol to clean the whole pair, which is very disappointing because the stains are still there and it’s obvious that the shoes have been worn and returned. I bought this pair as a gift, but I have placed my trust in the wrong place, so I’m donating it and buying a new pair from Nike store. I should have not ordered online and placed my trust in them. If you plan to buy from this place, might as well go to the store, avoid online. The store is not even better let me tell you. I came to the store last week asking to buy both the 9.5 and 10 and the associate said they were out of 10, when I knew the 10 was still there, the person just did not want to find it, which is why I had to order the 10 online and received a used dirty Air Force 1. It’s better to spend $115 than $114.99 with all these hassles. Or you can save $0.01 and deal with this. The choice is yours.
