Not Worth Of Money

I used these Nike Air Monarch shoes for only six months for work, and the level of wear is disappointing. The upper material around the toe box started cracking and separating much earlier than expected. There is visible damage from normal daily use, which raises concerns about durability. While the cushioning and support felt comfortable initially, the shoe structure did not hold up well over time. The outsole still has some grip, but the upper breakdown affects overall comfort and reliability during long working hours. For a shoe marketed for everyday and work use, I expected better durability. Suitable for light or occasional wear, but not ideal for continuous work use.

Good Shoes For Basketball Officials

The black ones are great for officiating basketball. I don't notice the squeak because it blends in with the players and their shoes squeaking
