Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great shoe for hiking I went to Mt Zion in Utah and hiked over 40 miles in these shoes. The traction is great for climbing, scampering, and trekking. I'm so happy I went with this shoe for my trip. However, there were a couple of tears on the insole from both L and R shoe. These probably weren't made for all the hiking we did. I just returned them and switched them out with the same pair, since I liked them so much. They definately kept me from slipping and falling all over the place. I recommend these shoes for hiking and being so comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome low-cushion trail running show I am a road runner who has started trail running recently. I found this to be awesome for trail runs in following conditions; 1. in rain 2. in average amount of snow 3. on mountains with rocks I love it overall. BUT keep in mind this does not have a lot of cushion like some other brand trail shoes have. So if you are looking for average amount of cushion, rugged trail running shoe, then this is a great shoe!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lumpiest shoes I've ever worn I really want to like the Terra Kiger. The Wildhorse 3 was a great shoe for me (I had at least 6 pairs of that model), and I have owned a couple of pairs of the Wildhorse 4 despite the fact that I don't really like the new overlay, but the Terra Kiger is uncomfortable as heck. I will say that this model does run a bit shorter than the previous version, as I've never had problems with a size 12 but this version I get a little bit of pressure on my big toes. I believe they might have just reduced the volume in the toebox just a touch, as it's not uncomfortable, and I wouldn't worry about it, but if you were close with the previous model you might have to go half a size up. But the lumps man...I believe I am feeling the air bags (I forgot the term they use) as it's under my heel, and under my metatarsals and it just feels like the shoe is lumpy. It's like standing on an uneven surface, and I've worn the heck out of them hoping they would break in, but nope. So many people love this shoe, and overall I think if you don't experience what I do, it's a great shoe, I love the outsole, and it's adequately cushioned for a variety of distances. It seems that it will never work for me though. Just to throw in a plug here, the Flyknit Epic React is amazing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was very disappointed with the durability of this shoe I loved everything about this shoe from the way it looked to the fit and comfort level etc..but was very disappointed with the durability of the material. The outer fabric got ripped before I even take for a run. I usually like to wear my running shoes around the house or for running quick errands before I take them on longer runs just to test the fit and to get used to it, and was looking forward for running in this one but unfortunately it broke when I was wearing it in a grocery store. It's not a major/large tear but it's just not a new "durable" shoe anymore. Wish it was as durable as my Pegasus 34.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Shoes run very small and are uncomfortable I bought this a month ago and sadly threw away the box. This shoe runs small and is so uncomfortable. Sorry I purchased them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great so far! I have to say that I only used my new Nike Terra Kiger 4 for 4 runs (about 12m each), but so far they are one of the most comfortable trail running shoes I ever had. I didn't have any pain in the first runs and the size fits true. I'm not sure on durability but as of now they look like they can hold quite a bit of ground. Bonus is that they look nice too. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable shoes. Especially, I usually wear nike shoes for running with running machine and real road (execpt rainny day and wet road). The shoes are good to wear both inside and outside, and not only exercise, it also comfrtable to wear for life style and easy to match with your clothes. The cooling function and cushion of bottom give your foots in nice condition always without stress. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
