Falling Apart After Not Even 2 Months Of Use

This was the second pair of these cleats that I had purchased. Returned the first pair under a warranty claim because they didn't last a full HS season. My daughter really liked them so wanted to get the same pair as a replacement. Bought the new pair in April by mid May the velcor strap was ripping and no longer stuck and the mesh on the back and sides had ripped out. Since she had only had them for about 5 or 6 weeks, I submitted another claim assuming I would get another Nike credit to purchase another pair since my daughter really likes these however, the claim was denied claiming the damage was normal wear and tear. For the amount of money we pay for Nike products, one would think that they would have a longer useful life before subject to "normal wear and tear". When I called customer service to explain this, they told me the inspectors decisions are final and cannot be reversed. So I am out over $100 and only got 5-6 weeks of use out of these cleats. I guess I will be going to a different brand for next softball season.

Great Look & Feel, Not Durable

Going on our second pair of these cleats. First ones did not hold up after 1 HS season of ball. Replaced them this season and about a month later they were falling apart again. My child really likes these cleats. They fit well, are comfortable, and give ample ankle support. However, I just wish they would hold up better.
