They Squeek Really Loudly! Run Away From These Nikes.

They Squeek! Really loudly! They are short in length. They feel strange on. The fabric is see throgh on top. Not in a good way. They seem like cheap knock offs! DO NOT BUY THESE. I love the fly knot and these are horribly designed. Please stop reinventing shoes and mekt the ones that are great Nike quality!

The Nike Alphafly 3 Delivered My Fastest 5k Ever

After running for a little over a year, I finally pulled the trigger on the Nike Alphafly 3 as my very first "super shoe." I was a bit skeptical, but I just completed a 5K and completely smashed my PR! The first thing I noticed is how impossibly light they feel on foot, yet they don't sacrifice support. They have this incredible propulsive feel that practically forces you forward toward a faster pace. I also noticed that foot fatigue was a complete non-issue during and after the hard effort. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

These Are Fast Shoes. Get Past The Noise. Get A Good Fit.

First use was loud! These shoes squeaked, they also had a ‘click’ at each step. I could tell they were very light. Stable. And propelled me forward. After a couple of uses, over 10 miles, the squeaks stopped. Now it’s a very light click, and I forget about it. What I experience now is effortless running. I look forward to them. The lightness, the springiness, The surprising stability. They are expensive, but why not experience the best? (Look for them on sale, it happens.). I did get a sore/cut in my left heel after a couple of weeks. I placed a bandaid there and changed sock choices. I feel it is the minimal cushion back there, and my left foot is a bit bigger. I’ll deal with this. Now I shall see how many miles I can get out of them. Good luck with your decision.

Blisters

So todayi ran 10 miles and they gave me blisters on same spot both of my feet, I wounder if they aren’t ment for long distance running or because they are new, but it’s disappointing since they are not economic at all.
