These are definitely the best shorts for running and working out. So comfortable and light. Plus They wash/dry easily because of the material.

Lightweight And Comfortable

These fit a little tight on me, but I like them and I think I will fit into them better with some more exercise. Liner is good. No side pockets, if you don’t need them it’s nice not to have the bulk of an empty pocket.

The shorts are very simple, and is all you need for a daily run. It's an entry level shorts, so it isn't extravagant, but enough for casual use. The length is fine, and the fit is on point. The pocket in the back is useful when needing to carry small items.
