For reference, I wear a 34 waist in jeans and usually go with a medium in most of my athletic gear , the medium in these fits perfectly. They're true to size with a comfortable, relaxed feel without being too baggy or too tight. The mesh material is lightweight and breathable, making them great for workouts or just casual wear. They look great too - clean, classic Nike style that pairs easily with T-shirts or hoodies. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the fit, comfort, and look.
