Classic Beautiful Cortez !

Brings me back to my teenage years !! Absolute classic ! Beauties ! Broken in after one wear ! The black with white swoosh are incredible !

The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly

This shoe has a nicer fit and feel than that of the past. But, this shoe does not have the look of the 1980's ('80 - '81). The leather patch over the center is too wide, and the material is not as strong as the past builds. The wider fit makes the shoe more comfortable It's a mixed bag. I would like the construction and the full look of the orignal, but I would like the softer feel and wider build of today.

The Cortez is a classic sneaker that I was happy to revisit after over 20 years. Within minutes of first wearing them I was given two compliments. Yes, the style runs small, so went with the reviews of ordering one size up and it fit great, with the appropriate room for give. I’ll be ordering more of this classic!

Classic Shoe. I Recommend.

I’m not a ‘Sneakerhead’, but I do like sneakers. Probably too much. With over 100 pairs of sneakers, >90% of which are from Nike/Jordan Brand/Nike SB/Converse, I consider myself reasonably equipped to provide a Review. The Nike Cortez is a classic silhouette, only made better when optioned with Leather materials. While I don’t feel the Leather is of a ‘premium’ quality, it looks/feels proper for a shoe of this price point. I opted to ‘size-up’ to a M-10 (true size is M-9.5) per the recommendation of Nike, and that seems like the correct decision. Overall I like this shoe. It’s comfortable, easy to match with different outfit styles…and is so cool in the ‘Forrest Gump’ colorway.

Wish They Could Fit Right

Lone the look and the style of shoes. But I wear size 15 in men’s and they feel more like 13 or 14’s. They hurt my toes when I wear them. But I will continue to wear them because finding shoes in my size that I like is extremely difficult. Please include bigger sizes with this model of shoes. Thank you.
