Poor Quality Of Suede Material.

I do not like how the suede looked very faded. Poor use of material for cortez. What happened. It was not even like this years back. The black looked gray.

Super Disappointed

I ordered a pair of 11 1/2 and was sent a pair of 11s. When I talked to them on the phone they wouldn't just send me the correct size (exchange them) and said I needed to send them back the wrong pair they had sent me and then reorder them again. In other words make me do all the work because of their mistake. Long story short they sat on my porch and I missed the return date to send them back. Now I have a pair of Cortez's that don't fit and I'm out $90. So aggravating and a real disappointment in their customer service. And before you blame me for forgetting to get them back to them on time. I live in rural Iowa in a town that doesn't have a UPS or FedEx store.

Cortez

Love the style but only lasted 5 months. Worn 3-4x per week

Excellent quality, I ordered it in the winter because this model from this line will sell out very quickly when the time comes. I've attached photos.

Cortez Premium - Size Up

I’d recommend ordering a whole size up. For perspective Nike Air Force’s fit me in a size 12. I have the leather nike Cortez in a size 12.5 that fit great. I’d assumed a 12.5 would be perfect for the Cortez premium but I was wrong. Size 12.5 in the premiums were much tighter then the leather ones. Size 13 fits

Quality Sneaker Too Big

I have been wearing Nike Cortez since I was 30 years old and now I am 77. This is the only sneaker that I have ever worn. The new Cortez quality is the same but you suggested that I go up 1/2 size. This for me was a mistake. They are too big, I will try them on with heavier socks and see if this helps. I would recommend that customers order their regular size. Very good value for the money.
